The Tai Chi for Health practice sessions will run for 3 hours with a tea/biscuit break (provided). There will be time to ask questions regarding the form, tai chi principles and teaching methods.

This video was produced by a group of cardiologists and nursing staff at the Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, but the message is very relevant to New Zealanders. Our own rate of heart disease is increasing, and many tai chi pupils have cardiac problems. Do watch it – it is very entertaining, and next time you see a collection for the Heart Foundation – give generously!
